When you send a contact or project request, you may provide your name, work email, company, location, service interest, budget and project brief. Kotrixel uses this information only to review your request and reply about a potential project.

Enquiry forms are processed by Kotrixel’s website hosting and delivered to kotrixel@gmail.com. Kotrixel uses these details only to review the request and reply.

Optional marketing updates

Contact and project forms include a separate, optional checkbox for occasional Kotrixel marketing updates. If you select it, Kotrixel may use your email address to send relevant notes about growth, commerce and digital products. You can unsubscribe from those updates at any time. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect a project or contact request.

Optional analytics

Kotrixel uses Google Analytics only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the website prompt. If enabled, it helps us understand broad site use and whether a contact or project-request form was completed. We do not send form-field contents, use advertising features, or treat a form request as a payment.

Google may process limited device, browser and usage information for Analytics. You can change your choice at any time on this page.
